房子装修不是很新了，但是要求不太严格的话还是可以的。比较干净，热水很好，wifi信号好，有电视，两间卧室加上沙发一家人四五个没大问题。有冰箱空调但我们没用过。位置方便，地铁宽窄巷子站口正对。环境比较安静。周围吃的也不少。
