问询服务台女服务员，出酒店门后，哪边是东边，眼睛不台的说，我不知道。我说您这服务台摆着“问询”的牌子，您说不知道，我不信。她又说，我不是当地人，我个人也分不清东南西北。扯淡！我投入到她主管，主管答曰，她确实是外地人，员工没培训好！对这个回复我不接受，总台服务员不知道酒店门朝哪儿？明明是服务态度恶劣，搪塞我说，员工是外地人，没培训好！全是推诿！以后不会再住了！维也纳也加强你们的管理吧！
