酒店位于二环路边上，周围商圈繁多，美食丰富。离东郊记忆，建设路美食街等地方都很近。
平时日常生活就在成都，而在这边住酒店总会优先考虑如家精选这个连锁品牌，客房环境，服务，早餐等方面，在这个价位，还从来没遇见过能比肩如家精选系列的酒店(全成都近十家如家精选在携程和艺龙的评分几乎都是4.8左右，我想能说明大家的认可度)，均价200左右有这种品质非常的难得。
这一次住建设路这家，让人很感动的是，第一天我和女朋友外出，只是随口给前台提了一下打扰一下卫生间，回来的时候就发现整个卫生间干净如初(特别感谢清洁阿姨)。另外走的时候不小心把衣服落在酒店了，前台非常及时的打电话给我商议我来取走的时间。
之前没有过对酒店评论的经历，但确实太喜欢这个系列的酒店了，会给朋友多多推荐。
