Excellent Stay with Exceptional Service at Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianhe
My 10-day stay at Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianhe was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the excellent service and great facilities.
The hotel boasts a super convenient location—just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore Chengdu without any hassle.
The breakfast variety was impressive, with a good range of options to choose from. What stood out to me was that they rotated the side dishes every 2–3 days, so it never felt repetitive.
What truly made my stay special, however, was the heartwarming service from the staff.
· Housekeeping: Auntie Qiu Qiu, who cleaned my room, was always so sweet and attentive. She made my long stay feel cozy and cared for.
· Breakfast Staff: Nanci, from the breakfast team, noticed that I loved drinking yogurt and made sure to prepare one for me every morning in advance. It’s small gestures like this that really make a difference.
· Frank & the Team: A special shout-out to Frank, who went above and beyond to assist me. When an unexpected situation arose, he handled it with absolute professionalism—responding quickly and taking thoughtful measures to resolve everything smoothly. It truly reflected the hotel’s high standard of management.
Every staff member I encountered was kind and willing to help, making me feel genuinely valued and warmly welcomed.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu—whether for business or leisure. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express Tianhe team, for making my stay so comfortable and memorable!

因为孩子去成都爬山，所以订了这家酒店。酒店靠近地铁站，很方便，已经入住过多次，周边也有饭店，叫外卖也比较方便。酒店前台服务员王玉荣服务态度很好，很有耐心。

房间打扫的很乾净床品也舒服，离登山集合点很近下了车丝滑入住马上休息（11.05值晚班的帅哥很工作很认真），第二天退房时也不拖拉（11.06值午班的美女服务态度很好），外卖是机器人送餐很迅速
