感谢酒店为我们提供了房间升级，整体体验非常好。唯一的小不足是晚上仍能听到酒吧的声音，不过并未影响睡眠，整体仍然很满意。

酒店包裹管理极其混乱，存放区域像杂物房，无人整理也无人看管，住客需要自行翻找包裹，存在误拿甚至被他人拿走的风险。前台员工工作时间玩手机，没有主动协助，询问包裹时态度敷衍，并将责任一味推给快递员。
快递员已将包裹送达，包裹找不到是酒店管理失职的问题，而非房客或快递员的责任。若酒店能在包裹到达后及时登记和整理，根本不会出现遗失情况。此类管理与服务水平严重影响入住体验，要求酒店正视问题并作出合理处理与改进
