It was the second time we stayed at the Grammy Hotel. We stayed in the standard room the first time and in the loft room the second time. The loft room looks and seems to be nicer with better decor and additional features that weren't in the standard room such as a small refrigerator. However the loft rooms have the stairs which are a potential hazard if trying to navigate them, especially when dark at night, so for the sake of safety, we prefer the standard room. We also like the location. A short walk to IFS and Taikooli, and also plenty of restaurants and clothing stores nearby. We will stay at this hotel again in the future.

入住後酒店衞生太一般，床单有头发，洗手盆枱麪还有水渍都没擦，服务也很一般，前台服务太一般，旅游淡季还能出现这种情况，晚上床单有头发不能换説打扫衞生阿姨下班了，就是这种服务。

最满意的一次入住 房间空间很大 位置很好 从机场做一号线 刚到市区就可以打卡IFS的熊猫屁股 酒店就在春熙路步行街旁边 去武侯祠 博物馆 杜甫草堂都很久 还有熊猫直通车可以直接去熊猫基地看花花 去都江堰的车也在附近坐 打扫房间的阿姨很贴心 还会有专人复查衞生 前台的服务态度也很好 谘询攻略也会很耐心的回答 还可以寄存行李 下次带父母来玩还会选择这家
