前台的服务温馨。房间乾净大方，玻璃外的景色也令人心仪。还有免费的洗衣房，早餐丰富。前台小尚常热情专业，态度特别好。最重要还帮我免费升级套房，下次还要来这里住。

这个酒店也太好了吧！刚进大厅，前台就开始问好。大厅好多熊猫啊！特别感谢小尚，小张看我们带了小孩儿还给主动升级了房间，房间床特别大，很舒服。带小朋友也不会觉得小，早餐也特别nice，种类挺多的，还有给小朋友准备口水兜兜，餐厅的服务人员也很热情，路上遇到其他服务人员也很主动打招呼问好！特别喜欢，下次有机会肯定还住这里！！！

早餐蔬菜生蔬菜沙拉不太新鲜，熟的蔬菜还可以，种类不多，饮品都是冲调的。住宿设施上可以的，比较舒适，就是空调制热慢。

带着长者入住，小许应我们的要求提前安排了高层房间，想不到是最高的21楼，视野非常不错；房间临电梯口，长者出入方便。为小许体贴入微的安排??
所有需要再来郫都，入住Holiday Inn会是我家的不二选择。

Good stay. The desk staff was incredibly helpful even with a language barrier. I needed help to ship some items and they were excellent! I'd recommend for the staff alone!
