  Overall very helpful and friendly staff. The cleaner was kind/proactive enough to help relocate my necklace in room 907. The receptionist was very kind & patience to provide directions and recommend places to visit in China , Ms Zhou was one of the receptionist that was helpful. The transactions for accomodation were flexible and easy to arrange as well.

  第二次住殷皇假日酒店了，位置好，楼下都是吃饭的，房间应该近一两年重新装修过，比较新，乾净衞生，全智能声控，入住舒适。

  房间乾净衞生，环境舒服，早餐丰富，种类多，菜品新鲜味道不错，有现煮的麪条米线供应，地段好周边小吃街，美食很多，离地铁口近很推荐

  必须严重吐槽这家酒店，设施老旧就不説了，叫前台送一条浴巾，她给我説机器人坏了送不了，自己去拿，一再要求下才送过来，呵呵，搞笑，以前没机器人不是人送吗？再来説説空调，接近四十度的高温，居然空调不怎麽制冷，我简直不想説了，开了一晚上没下过28度，这个我忍了，再説説床，这个床和一张木板完全没区别，硬的确实可以，总之没有一点舒适度可言！极度厌恶！

  很满意的入住体验，大厅很大很亮，前台服务热情周到，办理入住快。每个房间都是大的落地窗，宽敞明亮，乾净衞生，配备了智能化语音系统，酒店有免费的停车场，地上地面都可以停，很方便。酒店早餐在11楼，是自助早餐，有几十个种类，选择性大，还可以现点现煮的麪条和米线，味道不错，值得推荐
