地理位置很好，地铁口，电梯直达负二楼地铁，距离成都东五站，特别方便！
酒店很新，房间大，服务非常热情周到！送了欢迎水果。
酒店楼下很热闹，饭店很多，川菜好吃，晚上还有小摊摊，强烈推荐！
去九寨沟之前在这里住了一晚，以後来成都还会在这里住。

位置
理工大学地铁站出来就是非常近，负一楼B1口电梯上去就是酒店，离成都东站不远，五个站距离。楼下吃的也挺多，地理位置很好。
房间
房间都在23楼以上。注册个华住会员前台给升级了房型，在27楼面向小区挺安静，全屋智能，用小度可以控制灯，电视，空调，窗帘很方便。马桶是全智能的。床品，洗漱用品，茶包饮用水对比全季更好一些。装修法式风格暖色调，看起来很温馨
早餐
丰盛，水果，果汁的品质都不错。推荐尝一下点心泡芙，表皮是和菠萝包一样酥酥的，还有奶油夹心。凉拌的夫妻肺片也不错。

房间实施与新开的希尔顿花园酒店差不多，但是服务态度比那边好，举例：去体验一下新开的希尔顿花园酒店，虽然是五星级，但是房间里面的温度32度，加上房间气味很大，简直无法入睡，没办法去总枱要求处理，服务员还説是我不会操作。我説你喊维修工程师去看一下，我回来估计没问题了。结果几个小时回到酒店後房间还是32度，致电总枱後，告知1113房间空调是有，问我能否克服。妈呀！房间32度而且自然风的噪音极大，让我怎麽能克服，所以要求退房了，又回到美居酒店。感觉还是这边好，空调给力，最重要几乎没有噪音，所以以後还是选择美居酒店入住。

挺好的 厕所有异味 叫了客房来处理了 还是没根除 可能也是通病吧 入住有配送三个颜色的欢迎水果 跟前台沟通延迟一点退房 没得通融 额 携程平台订的就是这个退房时间 额…是的吧 建议可以换个方式的形式沟通可能较好接受咯 直接拒绝 额… 就这样吧 退房前台有赠送熊猫玩偶写好评 好的 建议入住的时候就加微信加深印象 加这个微信可以 但是加微信只是为了後续给写好评 就好像没有太大的必要了 是吧 只是建议 总体还是挺满意的 这个价位 可以了 办入住的小哥服务很好 点赞

环境：带着娃来成都玩，朋友推荐这个酒店，果然不错，环境好，交通也方便，旁边就是地铁站楼下也有便利店，咖啡店和麪馆等。酒店房间乾净舒适，最重要是有顶喷，隔音也还行，最好的地方是23楼，有洗衣烘衣设施，孩子出去玩，吃火锅，衣服脏了，当天晚上就能洗烘，非常非常方便，还可以烫衣服，太赞了！前台小姐姐们的服务也很好，帮忙收快递，平板落在房间也帮忙确认，快递回来，太感谢你们了，下次有机会来成都玩，还住你们店～再接再厉呀

酒店地理位置优越，大楼负一层即到地铁站，离东郊记忆熊猫基地都很近，这次安排入住28楼房间，窗户景色不错，早餐十分丰富精致，也有现煮麪条抄手等，最满意的是有免费洗衣房，洗衣烘乾十分方便，下次来成都还选这间酒店！

The room is very clean, cozy, and bright. The mattress is firm and comfortable. The AI assistant (smart room) worked very well. There is an MRT station right below the building, making it very convenient. There are also many eateries around the hotel, including McDonald’s. I will definitely visit again when I am in Chengdu.
房间非常干净、舒适和明亮。床垫坚实而舒适。智能助手（智能房间）运行良好。楼下就有地铁站，非常方便。酒店周围也有许多餐馆，包括麦当劳。我下次来成都一定会再次光顾。

This is one of the best and best value for money hotels in Chengdu. The location is very convenient, the subway is right next to it. The interior is new, elegant and luxurious. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Most employees do not communicate well in English but they will help you to the best of their ability. I will continue to come back here after thinking in Xinjiang.

My best stay in ChengDu, new hotel, good location and comfortable environment, only downside is need some improvement on selection and taste of the breakfast, overall good stay!
