我是一位带娃出游的东北客人，此次入住贵酒店，体验非常满意，特意写下这份好评，向你们表达真诚的感谢！
这次旅行带着孩子，最关心的就是衞生、安全和服务的细心程度。贵酒店在方方面面都超出了我们的预期：
衞生方面，房间整洁无异味，用品消毒到位，孩子接触的地方都让人放心；设施方面，房间宽敞舒适，设备齐全好用，带孩子入住也很方便；服务方面，从前台到客房，每一位工作人员都热情周到，看到我们带着孩子，还主动提供小童用品、细心询问需求，让我们感受到了家人般的温暖。
作为一个东北人，走南闯北住过不少酒店，但像你们这样管理有序、服务贴心、细节到位的酒店，真的很难得！能感受到整个团队是用心在做服务，真正把客人的体验放在第一位。

酒店还是挺好找的，就在路边上，打车出行也很方便，房间隔音算是住过那么多酒店中好一点的，酒店隔壁就有吃饭的地方，还是很方便的

Stayed at the Chengdu Yunhao High Altitude Hotel (Jinniu Wanda Liangjiaxiang Subway Station) and really enjoyed my visit. The rooms were clean, modern, and had great city views. The location is super convenient—just steps from the subway and close to shopping and food options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A great choice for both convenience and comfort!

The hotel Is Amazing! The room with a very nice view! The bath Is very elegant and you have anything you Need .
Water free every day in room, Set cortesia caffè and tea too
Around a lot of good and cheap restaurants, in the corner have a very good One with only ladies working, you pass in front when you go to line 6 of Metro, the same side of the hotel street...100 meters
Unfortuatelly they dont speak English! I do only One question about the direction to the Metro and i have to wait 10 minutes for replay..Later arrives One girl in the hotel desk thats help me to resolve my question.

环境：酒店周边环境非常好，近天府广场和人民公
园~
服务：服务非常好，从一楼行李就有人帮忙寄存，
前台快速办理完手续，还有指引到电梯
衞生：房间衞生不错，房间也很大，看得到很多风景
设施：酒店设施配备齐全，早餐
很好吃，现煮的米线和麪条我吃了2碗，推荐推荐
还有一个小点，就是入住之后第一次进房间，还有小卡片和小礼品，很细心果然好的酒店就是有好的体验

保证延迟退房至14:00:帮忙延迟到了两点
设施：设施还是比较齐全的
衞生：房间很大很乾净，帮忙升级了房型
服务：服务很好 很热情 办理入住前台会有欢迎茶水，还有小零食 很不错 小妹妹也会热情的介绍周边好吃的 好玩的，很不错的 值得推荐，前台还有明信片，可以拿走的

Very spacious and clean room n comfortable bed,friendly concierge .breakfast not much selection but is sufficient and lady that cook hot noodle soup at the breakfast station was very nice n did her job so well!overall worth staying in this hotel

视房量房态提供11:00提前入住:酒店处理方式很灵活，出来玩到的很早，前台帮我们催房间，很快就办理完入住了。特别棒！
客房还会每天打扫卫生，打扫的很干净。还有前台工作人员特别好，洗了衣服因为着急出去玩，拜托前台帮我们看一下烘好了送房间。回来的时候整整齐齐的帮我挂在衣柜里面的，用心服务，有被感动到。感觉有种被照顾的感觉哈哈哈哈。
房间淋浴也是很舒服，设施齐全，电视能投屏我家孩子特别喜欢。躺在床上能看一晚上电视。
环境也很不错，走路能到地铁站，坐地铁去哪里都超方便。前台小董木子还热心给我们推荐了周边好吃的火锅店和饭店。都去吃过了，不踩雷。特别感谢两位小姐姐，人美心善。

酒店位置很方便，很容易找到，房间楼层很高，可以看到全景，里面布置很高档，空间大，环境优美，但房间卫生还要加强，沙发上面有许多头发，前台服务员态度好，东西落在酒店忘拿服务人员打电话告诉我到酒店来拿，尽职尽责，本人是外地来旅游的，一次很好的体验。如果下次再有，肯定会再次订购。
