Everything is great, building is a bit run down. After shower the water will slip into the toilet cabin thru wall. Friendly receptionist and helpful, hotel with washing machine with dryer features.

I was check in late, around 9pm on arrival day. Too tired and hotel assigned room in 2 different floor, front desk not friendly. However, Trip.com managed to ask for a free upgrade room to Deluxe for both room on 2-3rd night. Much appreciated to their help anf prompt follow up. I would like to recommend trip.com to my family and friends on future trip. YAY!
