一共订了四晚，空调漏水，淋浴间下水道堵的下不去水，最最重要的是每天起床身上好几个小疙瘩，都是被子盖住的地方，疙瘩的样子也绝对不是蚊子叮的，床上估计有跳蚤，不过前台和客房服务都是很好的

我夫妻二人带父母探亲，订了两间双床房，晚上10点左右车到酒店外，步行到酒店大堂问询车停什么地方，服务态度很差，只説进地下车库就行，又问该在地下停车库该乘几号楼的几号电梯才能到酒店，前台服务员居然不耐烦反问道你这都不知道吗？我知道还用问你，见我生气才説多少号停车位附近的电梯到大堂，折腾了半个多小时才停好车，办理入住虽升级了两间房，父母的房间睡到早上6点被水淋醒，发现空调漏水，床大半被水淋湿，地面全是水泡着，通知服务员一小时后才来处理，80多岁的老父亲和70多母亲只好一大早来敲我们的门到我们的房间坐着休息，服务员草草打扫一下説可以回房间休息了，床单，床垫全是湿的，地面还有水，这能继续休息吗？到前台问为什么不另外提供房间让长者休息，服务员没有任何抱歉的话，只説了一句不是己经给你们打扫了吗就不在理会，为了不让父母烦心只好办理退房。照片就是打扫后的样子，这样的酒店和服务太差！！！

There is nothing much good review i can give to this hotel.
The location is not strategy to any tourist sport and holes cleanliness need to improve, the strong smoking smell is everywhere and that realty make us feel irritating.
Nothing special surrounding the hotel.
The only positive comment I can give is the service of staff, mostly very patient and friendly.

房间给我们升级了很宽敞很好；早餐也算可以，对面就是成都自然博物馆很方便，周边吃饭很方便，餐厅很多、商场电影院都有。

本来定了一晚，家人都很满意，以後成都的行程就都住在这里三条。周边特别方便，吃喝玩乐都有，交通也便捷，尤其到各景点都很近，自然博物馆就在马路对面。尤其前台小康服务很热情，帮忙核对订单和贴心询问，宾至如归！！！

优点是地段很好，紧邻博物馆，铁建广场，理工大，附近吃的非常多，离地铁近，超级方便。美中不足是厕所太小，实在不方便。盥洗池的水龙头设计也奇葩，在左手侧，一点都不方便。
