可以看到水街的夜色很美，出行方便，离地铁很近 ，周围有环球中心还有好多吃饭的地方，小张服务超级耐心热情，房间住的也很舒适，早餐管饱，种类丰富，下次出门还想住这儿!，退房还贴心的询问是否要发票和停车票

出差来开会定到的这家酒店，酒店有一些小细节还挺好看的，前台小陈服务很热情，安排的房间很好。床睡的也很服务，一觉到天亮，性价比没得説。不得不説是出差人的优质选择。

前台小陈态度友好，入住流程简单快捷。性价比超高的商务酒店！交通便利，附近打车很方便，见客户节省了不少时间。房间整洁舒适，床品乾净。酒店有自助洗衣房，还有地下停车场可以免费停车真的很实用，尤其是对出差的人来説。

酒店位置还是比较好找，停车免费也比较方便，大堂和房间在八楼。一进大堂，前台人员比较积极热情有礼貌，很快就能办理好入住，房间比较大，乾湿分离，矿泉水、茶叶和咖啡都有准备，淡季入住的价格性价比算很高了。楼下吃饭也很方便，总的来説不错。

很满意的入住体验，环境很好， 酒店对面就是铁象寺水街，前台小陈服务好，办理入住快，房间设施齐全，床 很舒适，很不错！很好的酒店，房间空间大，采光好，明亮，设施齐全，早餐也很棒，有免费停车场，非常推荐

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with the excellent service provided by the front desk staff and the cleaning lady. The front desk team was especially helpful and courteous, always going out of their way to assist us, and the cleaning lady kept our room spotless throughout our stay.
That said, there are a few areas that need improvement. In our room, the curtain did not fully cover the window, leaving a gap at the edge where the fabric ends, which let in sunlight early in the morning. This significantly affected our sleep, particularly because the bed was positioned right next to the window. A better curtain design or improved installation would easily fix this issue.
Breakfast was also a letdown. When we arrived around 9:00 AM, most of the food was gone and not replenished, giving the impression that breakfast service wasn’t managed consistently for guests arriving later in the morning.
Overall, while the hospitality from the staff—especially at the front desk—was a standout, the room’s setup and the breakfast experience fell short. With a few adjustments, this hotel has the potential to offer a much more enjoyable and comfortable stay.

这次出行，选的酒店真的太让我惊喜了！一踏入大堂，温馨舒适的氛围扑面而来，前台工作人员热情又专业，快速办理好了入住。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，一晚上都睡得超香。浴室乾湿分离，洗漱用品品质也很高。酒店的早餐种类丰富，中西式都有，满足不同口味需求。位置也十分优越，周边吃饭、逛街都很方便，离景点也近。入住期间，有任何需求，服务员都能及时响应解决，小张服务特别贴心。下午还有下午茶享用，下次来这边，肯定还选这家酒店！

十年之前在成都工作了一年，就在这家酒店附近住了也有一年，周边的变化非常大，酒店附近都是好吃的，成都的美食实在太多了，酒店房间乾净，衞生也非常的方便。

为了和孩子分开两间房住，我们特地挑了套房。可能是太久没人住的原因，房间很老旧，墙纸脱落，浴室水槽有霉斑，空调出风口是黑漆漆的一片，地毯有味道，空调也不制冷。跟前台反映了这些问题，解决了一些但是还是比较失望。
另外酒店楼下是一整条街的烧烤店。在酒店走廊里过的时候楼道里充满着烧烤味道。
所谓的精品酒店真的是好多年前的事情。现在一片破败感。很惊奇之前的5分好评以及所谓的奖项。简直怀疑自己住的是另一间酒店。
