客房服务的服务员态度很差，晚上9点多，打电话让送拖鞋和牙刷，是一位中年男性接的，他不耐烦地説；“房间里不是有吗？”我説：“我还需要，请你送一下。”他啪地一下把电话挂了，一会儿敲门送过来，全程也没有一句话，连“你好”都没有説，冷脸递给我就走了。我请问呢？家庭出游，客房里只有两只牙刷，让送一下牙刷很过分吗？作为酒店工作人员，对客人起码的尊重都不知道吗？这么趾高气扬，谁欠你的呢？

酒店位于金牛公园附近，交通方便，步行100米到金牛公园地铁站，周边吃饭也很方便。酒店房间宽敞，设施齐全，入住体验好，值得再次入住。

Nice. Over than expected cuz the hotel entrance seemed to be old style. However, compare the room price to other hotels, Katai room was huge and look lux. Recommend to stay near by the bus station. Only 5 drive. BTW, no food shop surrounded the hotel..that was quite pity.

亲子房很宽敞，整个房间简洁大气，有亲子房的温馨，挂的墙画很童趣，小朋友觉得很喜欢，床品也很新很乾净，好评一个哦。

来成都看熊猫，房间很乾净宽敞。周边交通也很方便。前台知道我们早上7点就得退房还贴心的准备了早餐让我们带着路上吃！真的是太贴心了！点赞点赞！！！
