We have overall pleasant during our stay. Easy check in at reception with welcome juice drink .receptionist helpful and promptly attended.
The room are well decor elegant chinese retro theme and cosy comfort feel .the room floor carpeted . Bed set and linen sheet are soft and comfortable well sleep .wait us with welcome local dessert water drink in room .for wash room and bath are well layout.Provide shampoo and body soap generous .towel bath good quality. Aircon cool are work well once you switch on low speed .check out at 2 pm .give us amble time do our morning and shopping at near mall .location hotel very good surrounded with mall and street drink and food .we discovery wholesale and poultry and seafood all kind type fish ,oyster etc. First and second floor sell exotic mushrooms and chilli spices all kind condiment .the busy and sound activities make us feel enjoying witness local shopping experience .we bought some big mushrooms 1 catties equal base China term local (500gm International weight ) for $45yuan .do ask price first before buy .walk from left side turn from hotel walk overbridge and walk straight 150 +meter approximately reach entrance E1 nearer exist to hotel from Subway Station Chunxi Road .Note tips !!!use Alipay open app Didi put location the hotel to pin point the map travel it useful while I get lost direction on my location .it also big help very useful when I get around in chine .lastly I thank for staff Gardan hotel .we really have,wonderfully during our stay .good service and hotel vibrant and convenient location.

5月1日和3日在花园宾馆住了两天。之所以选择这里，主要原因是交通便利，距离地铁站和南新门集散中心都比较近。宾馆的卫生不错，设施齐全，前台服务态度好，服务员热心负责，每次到来时每人一碗银耳羹，使人心里热乎乎的。

This hotel is good and fulfils all our request for a high floor, clean, quiet and window Room. On the day of departure, we ask the hotel staff to help us to get a taxi to the high-speed railway station to Xian, it was raining heavy in the morning, a middle age lady staff helped us to carry two big bags to the taxi under the rain without umbellar because we are senior citizen. We appreciated and were thankful for her action. It really touched our hearts for being so kind to the customers. Strongly Recommended hotel to stay in Chengdu

Overall the hotel was good, tidy with great location
.
Two things to note :
Laundry service wasn't available at all, contrary to what was indicated.
The hotel is noisy, we had trouble to sleep there.

Very helpful &:friendly front office team that cares for the guests. There are always hot teas & water available at the Lobby. Convenient location within 7-10 mins walking to ChunXi road and shopping malls. Highly recommended!
