位置不错。衞生间设施很好，枱麪是一体的，马桶是悬空的，淋浴间是日本那种整体浴室，所以没有衞生死角，容易清扫。唯一的问题是面积有点小。

优点：1.服务很好 前台和打扫衞生的阿姨都不错，该问候就问候，没事的时候也不会过多打扰
2.房间隔音比较不错，基本上听不到隔壁房间和街道的声音
3.延时退房服务不错，且有机器人送餐服务，就是这个机器人是不是该升级下呢？不能打电话到房间，每次都是前台打电话过来
4.地理位置比较优越，离地铁站比较近，隔壁就有大城市，临时要买东西也比较方便，不远处还有一个王府井购物中心
缺点：1.房间确实小了，特别还是双人房。一个人住还行，要是两个人住这双人房就很挤了
2.有一些设施没考虑到，没有浴帽
3.水压不稳定，洗澡时水忽冷忽热

Compact but well-equipped room, perfect for a short stay! Beds are on the firmer side, which I personally love. Breakfasts exceeded expectations with more variety than I thought! Overall, great for a quick getaway!

The hotel itself was just ok, room were decent but nothing extraordinary and facilities fairly standard. However, what's truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staffs. They were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable even they can't speak English. While the hotel may be average, the staffs dedication makes it worth considering for stay.
