房间隔音很差，位置附近就是二手车市场，没啥配套设施，奔着连锁品牌去的，入住后，人还在房间里，前台自己都搞不清楚是哪间房退房的，非説我们自己人拿房卡退房了，我们告知没有去退房，人还在住着呢，酒店服务人员不停敲门打扰説我们已退房，你们前台有监控，难道哪个房间退房这样简单的事都搞不清楚吗，严重影响客人休息，体验感极差

和朋友逛皮革城，刚好看到这家酒店，真的值得推荐，前台妹妹特别热情，特别有耐心，给我推荐了周边很多家好吃的，很专业，酒店还配了健身器材和洗衣机，房间衞生很乾净，看得出大姐们是用心做了衞生的，主要是酒店旁边就是海宁皮革城非常方便。

客观讲，新装修不错，床、房间内布局等等都好早餐也可以，唯一特别难以接受的是，设备安装在房间内夹层墙体里，噪音很大，一进房间接通电源就有噪音，打算换房，请客房额外看了两间，一样噪音，但是因为入住就很晚了，没法换酒店。介意噪音、睡眠不好的人，慎重。
