As usual good clean hotel room with nice decor to rest after a long day. I stayed once in an Orange hotel in Guangzhou , and this one in Chengdu did not disappoint . Cleanliness and decor was top notch . I also like the fact they used cute robots to deliver our delivery food promptly . However, I feel for this Chengdu branch, the front desk staff seems a bit overwhelmed by guests and could do better. My check-in took longer than expected. I also noticed that my wife and mine passport photocopies were left by the front desk counter , which should be kept securely sooner. A group of men were also smoking in the hotel lobby openly even though the nonsmoking signs were there. (I felt the staff should have advised them to smoke outside and enforce the rules as I am concerned for my pregnant wife) That aside, i recommend this hotel .

We loved the hotel, good location, very close to both Tianfu Square and Chunxi Road. Everything feels special, the room is spacious, well thought, and comfortable. It′s very modern and practical, the lights are very easy to use and offer differente modes and the curtains can be open and close with a button from the bed.

This is the best hotel that I have ever been stayed. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have many washers and dryers and provide laundry services. We checked in on 08 March which is woman’s day. The staff is so sweet and gives lady guests flowers. I will definitely book this hotel when I travel to Chengdu again.

Hotel is ok. But dislike the fact that it is central heating/ aircon and they are still blowing hot air in March!!! Have to turn off air con and open window which then become noisy with street noise. Room design is weird! Especially the toilet/ bathroom. Shower is hidden inside the toilet. You have to go through the toilet to go to the shower!!! Why? Why? Better to have separate door so can use both at the same time right? Don’t get it.
