Definitely amazed with the amenities provided in the room and the hospitality shown by the front desk. A little room of improvement will be improving the ventilation and air circulation. Strong smell of cigarette probably from other occupants of the property. Other than that keep up on the great services, definitely will re-book for a pleasant stay anytime I drop by in Chengdu.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. Well appointed room, comfortable and clean. In room were a hot water dispenser and mini fridge. Professional staff, friendly and kind, especially helpful were the women at check-in. Location was good, though a bit far from metro station.

We’d like to thank receptionist Huang for going above and beyond, he helped us a lot with ordering take out, pinning locations, answering all our queries in a timely manner, location is not near sight seeing spots but you can take didi which is not expensive, room is spacious, they gave us the one with the hot spring tub, cleanliness can be improved. Overall, good stay in chengdu
