哈哈哈，运气好，前台给我升级了高级房型。所见即所得，房间开间非常大，远处的窗户我特别拍了一下，可以看见湖，还有高铁。房间的沙发颜色我特别喜欢，洗手枱还配有一个化粧凳，深得我心。非常满意，以后就订这家啦！

We booked this hotel for 2 main reasons: 1) the close proximity to the Panda Base and 2) the free shuttle to the Panda Base. The facility is fairly new. Unfortunately, the first reason is relative, and the there was no free shuttle. Nevertheless, it was a comfortable stay except for the previously stated disappointment of no shuttle, the toilet did not flush well, usually needed to activate the mechanism more than many times... Also, the included breakfast was basic compared to the other establishments we stayed at. Great guest laundry though.

房间特别大房房间整洁舒适宽敞明亮宽敞，早餐好吃，前台香香热情周到服务态度非常好，早餐精致可口，大堂装修特别好看，小朋友非常喜欢，送了两个小礼物，还会来的

体验感极好，酒店装修很漂亮，房间设施齐全，房间乾净整洁舒适，床垫很舒适，早餐好吃，种类繁多，前台香香服务态度很好，离店送了小礼物，各方面都不错，入住首选，离熊猫基地也比较近

设施：洗手枱和洗澡间那里应该装防撞贴 一开门 当的一下 真怕一不小心就破了。
2）那个衞生间 小朋友根本坐不上去 一坐上去 那个马桶疯狂输出 小孩一屁股脏水 真的好无语 这么久了 就你们内部可以自己体验下 真的好无语 就连大人也是 节约成本装这个自动还不如装个老式
3） 枕头太高了 如果一低一高枕头就好了 或者可以备点放着 不是
4）前台要个花露水和风油精也没有
5）早餐的麪条太难吃 真的 特别是那个鸡汤 腥的不行 建议直接把味道调好 还有沙拉搞个酱醋汁在那里味道会好很多
6）对了衞生间放消毒湿巾！洁癖的人真的好难受
7）洗手池改进一下 水流太大 一打开就往外pen水 包括你们的洗衣间的洗手枱 洗衣服的地方可以放个便利贴 这样会好些
刚刚开业不久建议放点绿植不然真难受
还有咱这么大的酒店 真的 电视搞个会员吧 每看一个都要交20块钱，其实让我真的好无语，没有一个片子能看的，看了都要要钱
以上是缺点

体验感很好??，酒店大厅和房间很漂亮，房间衞生间乾湿分离比较方便，酒店还有洗衣房和健身室，早餐可口种类丰富多样，前台小余服务很好，下次推荐朋友来住！??值得拥有的是设施：很新，很智能。还有机器人送物。

离熊猫基地2公里左右很近，附近吃的也比较多，房间有一个小冰箱可以冷藏，房间整洁舒适，淋浴间是乾湿分离的，前台Y很热情主动帮忙升级房间，早餐种类挺多的，退房还送了小朋友一个小礼物，，细节满满，下次推荐闺蜜来住
