泳池很好，人少不深，方便练习。还有桑拿和健身房。房间设施有星级水准。但是服务一般，响应慢，看出来人手不足，连住叫打扫都没有打扫，携程写2点退房前台1点钟就叫走人。房间也有各种奇怪问题，一开始安排的有嗡嗡机器声，换房后又经常跳闸（就手机充电没用什么高功率的）

Overall, very good. Clean and comfy.
Breakfast could have more western options and it was only open til 10am. The pool required swim caps which is a hassle and would be good to have known in advance. Plus pool wasn’t child friendly , just three lanes.
Location not ideal but for the price it was fine.
They accepted foreign credit card for payment. Friendly staff.

What a stay! If you had to pick only one hotel in Chengdu, this hotel is hard to beat. It's clean as a whistle with a professional team of staffers working around the clock to ensure it feels like a home away from home. Smelling like late night hot pot? There's a washer and dryer in your room to settle the problem. Don't feel like leaving the room? Make a takeway order and let the robot deliver it to your door. Also, the value of money for a room of this size is a no-brainer. The best bit is: Citadines is a retreat from the crowd at Chunxi Road. It's also a short Didi ride to most places on your agenda too, such as Xipu station towards Dujiangyan. We stayed here for a week, and we could have easily stayed for another month.

房间挺好的，设施设备这些也很新，大堂的小姐姐们也很热情，今早发现少了一张早餐券，小姐姐就送了一张，真的很棒～非常赞～

酒店距九光一条马路之隔，高考的娃娃住很方便。推荐明年的考生家长可在这家酒店。环境好，很安静，有厨房客厅，可从家里带饭菜来。只是卫生细节还有待提升。酒店客服很友好，早餐还丰盛，只是娃娃吃不了多少。
大堂有自助咖啡，家长也可在这里休息等娃娃考完。

I was initially unsure on what to book in this hotel and I called and a lady 张艾 spoke to me. She was very patient and gentle while going thru all the rooms and their differences. I managed to book this room from her sharing and advice. It was a good size and superbly clean room. Front desk was fast and efficient. And the robot sending my delivery up to my room is a good touch too.

在五一节提前预订的，200多的价格真的是性价比不要太高，还是一个套房，房间设施齐全，洗衣机冰箱都有，小朋友非常喜欢，卫生还是很干净，前台的值班经理还赠送了早餐卷，只可惜早餐的品种不是很多（不知道是不是我们去晚了的原因），第二天又续住了一晚，体验感挺不错的，小朋友说以后来成都都住这家。
