I'm astonished to get this type of service for an affordable price. The front desk service attitude was unmatched, especially a woman named, Hann. There were many complementary gifts provided too. Moreover, the room was very spacious and everything looked brand new. Cleanliness was not a problem, housekeeping was friendly and attentive. On the other hand, the central air conditioning unit was strong; the bed was comfy; the bathroom was spotless. Nevertheless, I had an okay time in Chengdu, and this perfect hotel was a compliment that made my trip superb.

元旦出游入住万枫酒店，作为新酒店确实在设施上比较到位，有24小时的自助洗衣房也很加分！酒店免费停车，同时感谢管家HANN的帮助，房间内设施也很新，电视可以投屏。

成都转机选了这家酒店，新开的万枫，地理位置超棒还给升级了江景房，健身房和配套的洗衣房也是特别给力，出差及朋友出游都是特别好的选择！工作人员很热情，前台的Max和Hann细心周到，整体感受非常棒！值得推荐！

这次入住天府广场万豪万枫酒店，整体体验非常满意，地理位置绝佳，酒店就在华西坝地铁站上，步行到天府广场甚至春熙路商圈都超级方便。 让我印象最深的是Gro Hann的服务，特别贴心。办理入住时效率很高。酒店是今年年内才开业的，设施都很新。房间设计简约现代，床品睡起来很舒服，乾湿分离的浴室用着也很顺手。 对于商务出差或者来成都旅游想找个交通便利的住处，这家万枫是个性价比很高的选择。下次有机会的话，还会选择这里！

工作原因深夜抵达，临时选择这家酒店，位置很好，人民南路锦江桥头，离地铁1、13号线华西坝站很近，市中心黄金地段去哪里都方便
酒店设施很新，11楼的夜景很棒，前台Hann主动升级了房型，送了欢迎水果，还延迟退房到下午2:00，主动添加微信及时提供讯息和服务
不过，房型噪音明显，外面马路的胎噪声；另外，中央空调竟然不能单独打开，按键显示“未启动……非常遗憾
将近500一晚的房型，比较紧凑，能满足基本生活需求，无早餐，没有发言权，最大优点就是地段位置，有自助洗衣房、健身房，也没用到

整体很超预期的一家万枫
首先地理位置很不错，离机场、热闹的商圈、打卡点都很近，步行即可。
房间有河景，在老城区里已经属于景观不错了。
房间乾净、舒适，印象深刻的是服务！
无论是夜床服务，还是欢迎水果以及工作人员小蒋的手写卡片都让人感觉很温暖。
早餐种类也是比同等价位酒店选择丰富。
