第一次入住网络酒店，找了半天没找到酒店的牌子，晚上站在外面呆了好一阵子反复联系酒店才来了个人给带到房间里，酒店房间类似家庭旅馆，干净卫生，不含早餐，但没有其他的服务

酒店名字金楠是假的。图片用的金楠茶楼的图片。酒店根本不在那里，酒店名字喜来乐，没有前台，没有服务，Wi-Fi不好，态度敷衍，没有任何工作人员，酒店在小区里，小区还有门禁，保安还不准我们出入，入住时微信发了房间密码，就进入了，感觉一点不安全，非常建议大家千万不要入住，不要上当！这是亲身体验之后的感觉

没有早餐！不能加床！车是停在小区门口的计费停车场的！我帮朋友定的，房间还行，就是在小区里面，朋友来成都办事要一早出门，结果门卫死活不给开门，夫妻两在门口站了半小时有没有出来，最后只好翻墙出去！我也真是无语了！

房间有股异味 脏乱差 服务态度极其恶劣 空调也是不制热 被子很薄 冬天根本无法入睡 地理位置差 晚上很吵 根本就没有打扫过 随处可见都是脚板印 毛巾上还有血 之恶心 住的最后悔的一次
