酒店的管理、业务流程、服务态度太差了，安排接机、送机都要费好大的劲。原来这酒店不是一般的民营业者，而是政府的下属単位，怪不得沒有一般民营酒店的服务水平和竞爭力。

酒店的服务水准非常差，安排接机就非常不顺，最后是自己打车到酒店。早餐的地方在几百米外另一栋楼，入住时前台也沒有告知，要吃早餐时再问前台，前台態度非常敷衍的不情愿的告诉我在哪里，问了好几次也不清楚，態度非常不好。（6/30值夜班的那个男的，说是叫刘才峰，不知是否给我真实姓名）
