酒店还不错……但是早餐自助的时间太晚，酒店门口是每日发车九寨沟的大巴，每天都很早大约6点半，酒店应该不会不知道你们家门口每天发车的时间，为何还要早饭弄那么晚呢？虽然有带走的早餐，但是太简单，总希望早餐要早点，不然自助早餐就是个摆设的噱头！对房间没有太大的意见就是早餐时间！

虽名为三国文化，做事却并非如此。
提前预定的商务大床房99元，虽连续入住3晚但分3张订单，以防万一，没想。。
第一晚约20点，酒店来电说99元房有规定若不能22点前入住就取消订单。问能否延迟半小时到，被坚决拒绝，那就只能另找酒店了。后发现另2张订单也一同被取消，酒店解释3晚是同一张订单的，反馈艺龙才恢复后2张订单。
第二晚去入住时，再出状况，前台先说没我的订单，后又说99元房的床要变更为1.5米。可促销时写明1.8米，单间房才1.5米，质问何为商务大床房？对方又不可置否，只是一味重复99元特价房太便宜，再次反馈艺龙才恢复1.8米的商务大床房。
第一次遇到这样反悔促销的酒店，既然降价就要勇于承受，若出尔反尔，不如只做团队生意罢了。
另：为体现名称，店内放有雕像、字画等摆设，也真的是摆设而已，呵呵。
房间偏小但也够用，床一般，有电吹风，保安挺热心。估计春节阿姨少，卫生一般。
隔音不好，甚至听到一早楼下团队导游说话。房内辣味严重，因楼下开有小饭店。
