酒店前台服务差，给客人脸色看，叫她开个消费单居然说开不了，有史以来最差前台，希望酒店重视，服务业肯定服务态度为主，就你们那样还叫服务，前台最后还骂人，一大早心情就被搞差了，下次来不选择了，希望酒店改善。
