有史以来入住体验感最差的一次，第一次入住房间空调漏水，第二次入住32楼，风声特别大，直接没法睡，大家千万不要住32楼。

态度还是算不错的，服务也很好，入住还会送吃的，房间里面还送了水果，前台jerry服务可以说算是我住过酒店最好的，总的来说算是不错的一个酒店，符合他们4星标准，改天来成都还会在住这里！

酒店服务倒是挺好的，入住时还是会测体温，虽然疫情没有那么严重了，但是他们的意识还是很强的，在前台办入住时想去附近去玩，就问了前台，前台jerry不仅给我推荐了地方，还给我送了小地图册，，总体来说体验感确实很不错！

酒店前台服务态度极好，退房时间可延到下午2点，网上写的是12点，特殊原因特殊处理，非常人性化，管理模式我是真的点个赞。房间里的瓶装水基本可按需所求，房间装修比较简洁，一切电器，包括台灯、电源插座、都极具现代化；床单、被褥、毛巾都干净，且酒店提供健身房供顾客使用；出门周边交通便利，毗邻万象城，熊猫基地打车方便，早餐比较丰富，成都的担担面等小吃都有。总体的体验感非常好，大堂的JERRY这位先生很有礼貌，退房关心我住的怎么样，帮我打了车，留了联系方式，下次方便订房，礼貌的先生，当然还会选择这里
