大堂没有空调没有风，办手续时汗流浃背。房间说是豪华标间，613淋浴房没有门，说是前几天被客人摔坏了（汗！），卫生间很大，淋浴间极小，洗脸盆很浅，放不下烧水壶，每次只能半壶。所谓含早餐就是每人一个面包一罐牛奶（或酸奶，非常难吃）。最搞笑的是说老板出去旅游了，所以门卡不能开门，每次进出需要服务员开门，问到房间内放置物品的安全性，前台很认真地回答说走廊里有探头很安全的，呵呵，结果是进出都背着包而且一直要找服务员开门。但是服务人员还都是很客气不错的。
