酒店设施还可以，差不多4星标准。服务稍欠不过整体感觉还行，早餐菜品正常算应有水平吧。温泉一般了点，属于“加温的泉水”。春节人手有限，整体可以理解。

酒店位置靠近虹口漂流，环境很不错！几个温泉池可供选择，孩子玩儿得很嗨，都不想起来！房间暖气很足，晚上睡觉有点热，建议带点薄的睡衣！总的来说，很满意……

房间有地暖，睡觉很舒服。周围环境不错，不过温泉服务有待提高，只有一条毛巾，到最后披上比较冷；只有门口有服务员，里面抽烟也没人制止；饮水不是很方便。

我就说说缺点…去的时候等很久才办好入住，然后房间里发现还有垃圾，让清洁人员来看原来是还没打扫没换床单的房间就拿给客人住了……………恰逢下雨，房间楼下道路泥泞，停车不太规范。

3楼房间墙壁侵水，3楼窗户比2楼小，3楼临窗户的墙是向内突出，容易撞头。客房服务电话一直打不通。订了2间河景双床，1间豪华河景大床，都给安排在3楼，房间条件不好。从外墙视角看2楼窗户要大很多，墙面整齐。温泉池有一半数没有开放。服务员也不热情。总之对酒店比较失望！
