简直就是垃圾，打着五星的旗子，住的就是个地下室一样的破房间，还不给退，不给换房，以后打死也不用携程订房了，就是个垃圾。大过年花钱买罪受。

温泉水温高，泡去一身疲劳。离店时不小心忘记物品在房间，服务人员拾金不昧，联系上后还将遗失物品寄到家，真让人感动。

酒店装修还可以，温泉的硫化氢味很浓，比较不好的地方是酒店没有安排去成都或者大邑县的班车，也没有提供相关服务，这个有待加强呢

服务态度太差，进去住两天除了登记的时候看到服务员其余时间都没看到人，空调设置了温度一直不暖和，卫生没整好。只有早饭还不错

温泉还不错，周末人多。但是别墅有点旧，空调是坏的根本就不制热，好冷啊！卫生间洗漱台水也很小，总得来说不值这个价！
