入住花水湾第一村酒店一进电梯困两小时，存在安全隐患：1、电梯无排气通风设施；2. 应急电话打通号说两年不在岗；3、酒店管理无应对安全意识，小孩子呕吐，靠我们自救推电梯门放入空气，不是会很可怕。。。。；4、服务态度不好.

我们来花水湾度假都是住的第一村酒店，每次住的都是老楼，这次老楼新楼都住了的，价格方面差异一般吧，老楼这次重新装修了一下感觉是要比以前好多了，新楼了房间大，洗浴间也大，一家人住进去也宽敞，有阳台，可以看到路边，晚上睡觉也不吵闹，床也挺大的，还配备了小孩拖鞋，服务都挺好的，天气早晚还挺凉快的，中午稍微热，没有成都热，然后去了冰火漂流，第一次玩好玩，如果你要玩漂流还是要去大点的漂流地方。

多次入住了，B栋是老楼，硬件设施相对陈旧一些，服务还是不错的，早餐比较丰富，温泉池也很多，花样也多，所以每次都选择这里。
