刚结束在中和城际的家庭旅行，体验非常满意。酒店位置便利，交通方便，出门就是地铁口，打车也非常方便。办理入住时前台的小妹妹们很热情，看我带了小朋友，还主动提供了小童用品 。房间设计现代简约，干净整洁，床垫躺着也舒服，行李摊开房间也不拥挤。设施实用，智能客控方便长者孩子操作，还有免费停车场。早餐营养搭配合理，中西结合。性价比很高，下次家庭出行还会优先选择这家。

- Hotel lobby can sometimes smell like cigarettes
- Nice that it comes with a breakfast buffet, which was satisfactory

Very good breakfast, super clean room and hotel overall. Right next to the metro station with direct line to downtown. Unlimited free water, tea, coffee and candies in the lobby.

昨天下午舔着脸给我打电话要好评，今天上午9点多房间就能听到各种噪音。跟前台反馈，前台表示就是这样的。然后我们紧急退房，把后续天数都退了。刚刚又接到他们酒店所谓的店长电话骚扰，第一时间不是道歉，而是质问，质问我们入住的时候没有提醒嘛。太垃圾了！！！

交通很方便，房间也很安静，直接一觉睡到中午，前台小姐姐服务超热情，一进大厅就会主动奉茶，办完入住后，还会带到房间，有被这个服务感动到，期间还介绍了酒店的早餐、健身房、洗衣房等，房间卫生打扫的很干净，酒店的房间楼层都较高，视野很好，房间里面的饮料酒水都是免费的，下次再来成都还会继续选择

酒店客房环境很好，卫生也很干净，房间里面还配备小冰箱里面的酒水入住都是免费的，周边交通也很方便门口就有地铁站，前台小何服务态度也很好，很热情，早餐也很好吃，还蛮丰富的，酒店还配备洗衣房健身房，都是24小时公用的，，性价比也很高，推荐大家可以过来打卡一下

体验很差，床旁边地毯上有毛发没清理，下床时脚踩到了，非常膈应，洗手池墙面也很脏，淋浴间地漏散装放着，地漏的盖子飞一边。早上去吃早饭，下去稍微晚了点，9点半左右，可是好几个品种的菜都是空盘子，问餐厅的服务员能加烤香肠吗？说是今天被吃得快没了，加不了

包豪斯装修风格，我很喜欢，简约大气、经典永不过时！ 每日深度清洁，床品一客一换，浴室无死角消毒，光脚走也无尘。虽然是新开的店，但房间内没有让人不舒服的味道。 高层景观房视野开阔，隔音玻璃确保安静，出门就是地铁。 管家式服务，前台服务热情，感觉很舒心。值得推荐！！
