真的很棒，入住前台还送了身份证卡套，服务员很热情，记忆最深的就是有一个小妹妹，叫蒲红婷，很热情的给我介绍周边可以玩的地方，还给我画了地图，真的太热情了成都小妹，下次来还会选择全季

前台接待十分热情，说话温柔超好”听，客房卫生很干净，客房大姐也很棒，有应必答，装修风格简单大气，感觉很温暖，各方面都很喜欢，下次还来入住

酒店还是不错的，我来说一下这次艺龙的服务体验。我们于7月20日在艺龙上预定8月4日至6日两晚入住全季酒店盛大国际店，当时就收到预定成功的短信。8月5日凌晨三点我们到店，酒店说没有这个订单，我让前台再三查询都查不到，只好给艺龙客服4006574966打电话求助，客服人员说让我给4008822810打电话咨询，我才知道这个订单虽然是在艺龙上下单，但是出单方是booking ，从凌晨三点打到四点，Booking的客服电话始终无法接通到人工，坐了红眼航班刚刚从北京到达成都，困倦不已，可是客服电话就是打不通，早晨9点继续拨打，数次拨打，还是座席繁忙，于是我又来求助艺龙，得到的答案是他们无权处理booking的订单，也无法联系booking的客服，只能我自己想办法了。。。说实话，我对这个解答很不满意，但是又能怎么样呢？艺龙上可以出售booking 的订单，却无权处理以及联系客服，这样的逻辑我不能理解。希望以我的这次不愉快的经历给大家一个提醒，希望我的经历是个例，但是艺龙的处理方式实在谈不上客户服务，通过艺龙的平台预定booking 出售的酒店客房是有风险的。
