空调不暖和！反应后无人管！前台不够专业！信息系统不够完善！退房时差点忘记给我退押金，我打电话回去询问，他们查完之后未回应！我再次打电话，他们才把押金退还我！还没有一点歉意！

不如以前了，天冷时去的，说中央空调坏了，第一晚差点没冻死。第二天说修好了，到下午又变凉风了，实际就是不舍得开，住的人少就不开中央空调，越不开，住的人越少，会恶性循环的。

位置一般，出行基本靠打车，地铁距离在一公里左右，不过周围比较清净，晚上休息较好；房间不大，考虑到元旦假期，价格不贵，包含早餐，虽然早餐真不怎么样，就一个阿姨负责早餐，早上7点半上去，只有粥 白煮蛋 馒头和一些当地配菜，问了才有面条，服务意识不够；说到服务，一开始电视不会来，总台说让人来看看，住了两天，到退房都没见人；有个一次性的剃须刀还是比较贴心的
