不愧是老牌三星级酒店，环境卫生干净，服务周到热情，伴手礼很贴心，还有免费的矿泉水，院内停车场很大，停车方便。wifi信号好，非常棒的酒店。

酒店服务热情周到，刚到当天赶上下雨，前台服务人员为我提供了雨伞，还帮我叫来了出租车。房间里还有温馨提示卡，非常暖心，有家的感觉！

房间设施有些老旧，特别暖气因管道多年，热度不够，因而房间的温度并不高，略多些凉。冬天还是希望房间里稍热一点，毕竟外面很冷，冰天雪地的。

酒店位置不错，自驾有车去市中心很方便。卫生总体不错，但是房间烟味浓烈，整个酒店不禁烟。服务态度有好有不好，略显生硬。你正三星酒店配备瓶装水是最基本的，舍不得的话，就不要挂这个星级！早餐不错，品种不多味道蛮好的，但早餐时间太短，7点半到8点半，不适合度假休闲的客人。有个细节意想不到，房间空调器的滤网很干净！（几乎没有酒店做到）赞👍

酒店非常不错，是三星级老牌酒店，性价比极高！虽然个别设施有点陈旧但房间干净、明亮，居住比较温馨。酒店一层就是餐饮，昨晚尝试下后有些惊喜，菜码巨大、口齿留香，真心推荐。下次来海拉尔还住这里！
