电梯少，速度慢，赶时间退房去车站，好不容易电梯来了，门一开里面竟然是服务人员推着一大车东西，我们问服务人员可不可以先出来，我们下楼退房，赶时间，客房服务人员非常不礼貌的说不可以，我还要干活呢，然后自主按了锁定键，电梯直接关门了。无奈我们拿着行李足足等了5分钟才下楼。

这家酒店就在春熙路中山广场后面，从酒店窗户就可以看到春熙路！我们定的商务大床房，房间很大，特别是窗户下面那里小孩子特别喜欢！酒店还专门提供了银耳汤，味道棒棒的！特别是服务员蒋琼华还专门给我们留了暖心的纸条，特别感谢一下下！我女儿说下次来还要住这里！
