客观讲，设施卫生都比较好，服务差强人意，店大欺客吧。入住时是17日下午，因为没确定好行程，和前台说好的第二天确定要不要续住，第二天早上出门时被告知无法续住，提前也没有通知，给当日的行程造成一定麻烦。即便糖酒会期间，酒店客房紧张，作为一个四星（也不知是不是，楼面墙体上打了4颗星）酒店，提前告知和尊重顾客的意识总该有吧，另外，艺龙上的价格是283,收了500,退了200,说好的返现呢？十来块钱的事也无所谓，加之无法续住造成的麻烦，呵呵！
