一个人本想悄悄的过个生日，回到酒店，打开房门，以为走错房间，最后确认确实是我的房间，布置了好多气球，刚走进房间，酒店服务人员端着蛋糕🎂到我房间为我唱生日歌，在异地还能有如此的惊喜，真的让我很感动！感谢蓉城四季酒店的生日蛋糕与祝福，谢谢你们！

楼层大姐很热情，晚上有人敲门，居然还有送牛奶服务，原来是前台见我来酒店已经很晚了，特意送牛奶有助于睡眠。服务好贴心啊！感动

入住蓉城四季酒店，让我感受到了人间温暖，我一个人出差，在这家酒店能感受到家的温暖，楼层大姐又是帮我洗衣服，又是帮我清理剃须刀，擦鞋子，就连我的袜子都洗了，我想除了我的家人，真没有人对我这么好！真想好好感谢蓉城四季酒店，我五星酒店也做过，唯独只有蓉城四季酒店的服务真的让我感动！谢谢大姐！我会带我的家人朋友来这里感受你们的服务！
