体验很不好！做生意都不容易，我一般不说人家不好，但是，这家店，我非要好好评一下。1、关于早餐，入住的时候，前台说到9:30结束，我之所以记得，是因为一般酒店都是到九点结束，而且他们的早餐券也是写到9:00，所以我当时想，还不错，这家店能到9:30，蛮替客人着想。但是，第二天早上，我8:58进去的时候，所有的东西都收了（8月4号早上，你们不信，可以调录像，我是8:58进餐厅的），我问不是到9:30吗？一个没穿制服的小伙子应该是负责的，说是到9:00！这怎么说呢？！我知道遭骗了。我说就算到9点，现在也没有到9点呀？那小伙说，还剩两分钟你能吃完吗？我说那你别管，至少我能吃点，但是9点不到，你全都收了，那我是一点也吃不成！再说，我2分钟，可以把东西取了，坐那吃，你们再收也行呀。那小伙理都没理我。反正没吃的，你爱怎么着就怎么着。其实我们出门在外，拖家带口，不能怎么着，只能在这里点评你们一下而已。
2、酒店的电梯实在太慢，大约30多层的楼吧，这家酒店在15到18层样子，楼上楼下还有酒店和公寓出租，但是只有两部电梯！！！第三部电梯不可以用。其实就是三部都用，也慢呀！
