给朋友定的，每次来都住这里，对瑞熙相当熟悉了。朋友来这天突然发现没有热水，当时跟酒店联系，一会儿就回复给朋友说是突发性的机械故障了，不停的给朋友致歉，服务态度相当好，我们都能理解，突发性的也不是酒店的责任，哪家的东西能保证一辈子不出问题呢！但是态度是相当好的。四楼餐厅好像重新布置了一下，早餐也更加的好了，酒店高层还是用心了的。不错，一如既往的支持！下次还住你们家。

我前几天给朋友开两个房间，因为半夜都喝醉了，我把朋友放下就走了，我朋友身份证掉了就没有让我朋友入住酒店、害他半夜三更还去其它地方找房子住，这个事情我第二天反应给酒店，叫酒店退钱，酒店说他们钱他们没收到叫我找艺龙，我找了艺龙艺龙答应退款通知给酒店，酒店又说时间过太久了不允退款，然后我又联系酒店说明情况，酒店又说领导不在，让我第二天等通知，我这一等就是三天，没一个电话、信息，你这酒店也太水了，就为了这三百多块钱至于吗？全公司起码好几个人参与来忽悠我，所以差评
