房间设施挺好的，也很安静，还给我们升级了房间，本来都很满意的，唯一一点，入住酒店送了本酒店餐厅的抵用劵，原想省事就在餐厅吃饭，结果吃饭的时候还咨询了用劵的方式，结果结账的那个女士却又添加理由说这不能用，那也不能用，你给的劵上也没写，海报上也没有，餐厅服务员也没说，吃完结账你来这一套，那位女士却一直说这是我们餐厅的规定就这一条理由，态度很差，搞得很像我是来求着你们来吃饭的，虽然经理来了让我们用了，但是服务还是要跟上，硕大一个餐厅吃饭的人很少，就应该更注意自己的服务

酒店前台一般，客房干净卫生，早餐品种很多。位置闹中取静，位于宽窄巷子和锦里中间，虽然不近地铁口，但公交车方便，性价比很高。

房间很大，卫生也不错。店家还主动升级了有窗的大房间给我们。交通也很方便，住了2天也很舒服。谢谢!

房间采光非常好，又不临马路，很安静。二楼茶楼很舒服，刚好那天天气特别好，还喝了下午茶，晒着太阳，很是舒服。唯一遗憾的是第二天一早要离开成都，没能多住两天。早餐没吃到很遗憾。
