非常满意。位置虽然距离地铁有点距离，但是共享单车很方便，打车起步价。
提供泡脚服务，让辛苦的旅程轻松一刻。有回家的感觉。
在居民区，周围小店挺多的。

My stay at Supo Hotel was great; for a relatively low price, you get clean, modern rooms, a projector that can be used to watch films and TV, and very friendly staff (shoutout to 小雷, who was extremely professional during my whole stay).
The closest metro station is 石羊立交 (Shiyang Flyover), approximately 10 minutes away on foot (entrance A). The hotel is in a leafy residential neighbourhood with multiple restaurants and two convenience stores right nextdoor.
There's some small details that could be improved, like sometimes a slightly unpleasant smell lingering in the bathroom regardless of usage, and a small hard object in the carpet near where it meets the hard floor that was uncomfortable to step on.
Overall, I'd stay here again and would highly recommend it!

酒店房间入住很好，比较舒适。细节打动人心，前台小雷小姐姐服务态度好，触之所及，目之所向，距离春熙路步行街打车10几20分钟左右，也挺近的，方便有意外的惊喜呢！

This hotel was an absolute disappointment. The rooms and facilities look nothing like in the pictures. They are clearly modified. The lobby was filled with garbage and our room was disgusting. All of the walls had mysterious stains on them. The carpeted floor had cigarette burns in it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the last 20 years. In fact, I have no idea what the cleaners did when they went into the room; the trash wasn’t changed, and the floor was not vacuumed or swept in any way. They didn’t even replace our sheets with fresh ones. The slippers that they had for the shower were disgusting and looked to have been worn by about 100 people before us. They advertise a gym on their trip.com listing, which is one of the reasons my partner and I chose this hotel specifically. However, this is a bald faced lie. There is no gym at all, and when I asked about it the front desk girl looked at me like I was some kind of alien. Very negative experience. I’m convinced that all of the positive reviews for this hotel are fake, just like their pictures and their list of amenities.

酒店房间很安静，个人觉得隔音还不错，装修风格也是我喜欢的，酒店门口还有一个冰柜，里面写的给环衞工作人员的饮品，哇，这点真的格局大，冲这点以后都打算住这家了，经常到这边出差位置也方便，酒店免费停车，也有早餐，配套都很不错。前台送给我一小瓶冷饮，很清凉，夜宵冰粉点赞

Excellent hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. Everyone treated me professionally and warmly. Most appreciated was a herbal foot bath provided. Room is comfortable, spacious and well appointed. My only complaint is the older towels. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with convenient stores and eateries downstairs, and several malls about 15 minutes walk away.
