酒店位置距离茶店子客运站挺远的，需要打车或者坐公交过去，酒店楼下正在修路，非常吵，服务员很忙，所以态度一般，一问三不知，酒店房间潮湿，不是想象中的豪华感觉，总体觉得不怎么样！

酒店内部环境还算可以，但是对面有个批发市场再加上修建地铁，周围环境脏乱差，声音嘈杂。另外，停车场收费员当得知是入住酒店的客人停车时，就以车位已满等理由拒绝客人的车辆入场（可能由于酒店客人是免费停车的原因），希望该酒店能够跟大厦物业做好沟通，解决好住店客人白天停车难的问题。

跟男朋友第一次来成都，住了几个酒店，这个是最让人失望的，价格还比其他几家贵。房间格局设计不太好，一开房间里面好黑，找了半天才找到插房卡开灯的位置，厕所下水道是堵的，洗澡没一会儿水就漫出来了，洗澡室也很小，里面没有放洗浴用品的地方，蹲地上拿洗面奶时候头很容易撞到门的扶手上，晚上睡觉房间里很吵都睡不好，有一阵一阵像发动机的声音。男朋友工作上有急事处理，WiFi也不稳定经常断网，房间也没有吹风机，不过打电话前台有让人送过来。带双早餐的，不过9点半下去就没有了，希望多多改善，谢谢！

卫生间门外的地毯都是湿的，让人很不舒服，位置比较偏，交通倒也还便利，房间设施很好，投影看电影很不错，就是片子比较少，还有需要收费的，楼下有红旗，基本的东西都要买，街对面是麦当劳，足以温饱，但是对吃要求比较高的朋友，可以不考虑了。
