其他的都还不错，但是办理入住的前台可能还需要提高一些效率和质量，我来啦两次，每次都要等十来分钟办入住，前台乱糟糟一群人，没有秩序，前台接待也是要顾好几个人，感觉很乱哦

明明确认了订单登记入住缺被告知没有房，更换成无窗房间，不知道全球还有哪家酒店是这样给客户更换房间的。设施老旧，一股霉味，床板太硬，估计都是老年人来住吧这么硬的床，非常不满意，在5星级300多元的沧州来说这个酒店性价比太差了，明天换酒店，再也不会住了
