设施什么的 都很好 酒店前台服务态度有点欠妥 自己系统出现问题 导致顾客订购了低价房 审核时竟然说了一句“这点钱咋可能住的了房”即使道了谦 但还是让人 心里隔应 希望 前台服务态度能端正 请管理人员 认真培训前台礼仪礼貌
