服务态度很好，就是人手不够的感觉，早餐也是相当混乱，基本处于无人管理状态，国内游客素质还没你们想象那么高哈，建议加强管理！酒店环境，硬件还是不错👍

四家人两个小时入住别墅。。别墅一共5间房。。3个大床房2个标间。。一个标间没有厕所。。大床房1张1.8的床。。另外两个为1.5米。。人多性价比是很高的。。国庆涨价1000。。平时更便宜。。真的很不错。。屋后的大草坪真是相当的爽。。至于屋内的条件。。床铺还算干净。。只是显得装修略显陈旧。。。总体来说很满意

一大家人一起去的，正好10个人5间房，三个标间两个大床房，很合适。有三个房间自带卫生间，另外两个共用一个卫生间，还是合适的。别墅客厅配有机麻，外面有花园和秋千，每个房间都有电视，都能上Wi-Fi，非常适合休闲娱乐。厨房还有冰箱和煤气灶，如果提前准备好食材，自己做饭也没问题。别墅区很大，但是入驻的很少，非常清静。之前看别人的评论，提到早餐和洗澡的问题，但是我们都没遇到，入住别墅确实是明智之选。石像湖的空气和环境太棒了，住在这里真是享受。
