1交通：靠近地铁，到春熙路、宽窄巷子都很方便。2设施：总体还行，但烧水壶、洗脸盆有损坏，淋浴的水温不稳定，木地板部分变形。3舒适：整体装修属中式略带点禅意，较清爽，床睡着软硬适中，枕头略差。酒店处路边，整体是1-5层，窗外车辆噪声较大，影响睡眠。4卫生：公共及方间卫生较好。5服务:还行。

清明小长假带着孩子去的，没想到酒店装修，凌晨两点入住，早上八点开始装修，每天如此，直接崩溃！之前出差每次都是入住这里，环境卫生都挺好，没想到会这样，找前台解决也无济于事，商家难到没有考虑入住客人的感受吗？我想有了这次体验，以后我也不会住这里了

先说优点吧，酒店位置还可以是在写字楼里租的两层楼当做客房，离市区景点挺近的，卫生方面不错。下面说说缺点！第一服务差劲，入住之前在艺龙定了两天房，房费提前支付了到酒店只给开了一天的房导致第二天进不了房间，电话沟通后等待开门二十分钟后楼层服务员才慢悠悠的过来给开门。第二房间设施问题，房间射灯一闪一闪的非常晃眼工作人员来看说是触控开关就这样，电视基本就是个摆设全是雪花看不清。第三房间位置临街靠主干道噪音很大影响休息。

设施服务都还不错，古香古色，特意叮嘱找安静点的房间，不吵。但价格坑人，前一天艺龙网上订的，第二天竟然调低了一百多，还不能取消，也没有任何解释
