第一，提前一天预定的房间，去了之后竟然没有了。第二，前台的服务差劲，对业务不熟，对客人态度生硬。第三，房间的灯是坏的，不亮，晚上只能借着洗手间的光照亮。第四，窗户关不严，楼下就是车来人往的道路，夜里太吵闹，睡不好觉。第五，所有电视节目均需要付费。第六，洗手液是发臭的，令人作呕。希望大家不要上当，这店太不靠谱了！！
