房子很老，东西都是旧的，床上用品可以闻出霉味，但是在岷山饭店跟前，做机场大巴很方便！

位置极好，锦江边。离春熙路、新南门汽车站、地铁一号线较近，方便。店比较老了，卫生间过小，排水不太畅。晾衣服找不到合适的地方。
