前台接待素质参差不齐，昨晚办入住的服务很好！今早退房的很差，做事慢吞吞，很没礼貌，有客人在还在玩手机，开了发票不直接给客人，扔在前台上，开发票用的名片不还给客人直接当面扔到垃圾桶里。住了这么多次，第一次遇到如此没有素质的前台接待！
